MailBridge alpha

Bring your other mailboxes into Gmail

MailBridge fetches mail from POP3 and IMAP mailboxes and adds it to your Gmail account under a label you choose — a replacement for Gmail's discontinued "Check mail from other accounts".

DRAFT — pending legal review. MailBridge is in a private alpha: only invited accounts can sign in, and Google shows an "unverified app" warning during sign-in until the verification of the app is complete.

Limits during the alpha

How it works, briefly

  1. Sign in with your Google account (Google shows a standard sign-in screen).
  2. Connect Gmail: a second Google screen grants MailBridge the write-only Gmail permission.
  3. Add a source: pick a provider preset or enter host, port and TLS mode, test the connection, then save. Passwords are encrypted before they are stored and can only be used by the component that performs the sync.
  4. Watch the dashboard. Delete your account whenever you like — everything except an anonymous deletion receipt is removed.
